#1 Login ke portal OpenSynergy Indonesia

#2 Klik menu Portal -> Projects -> Supporting Ticket

#3 Klik Tombol Create Pada Bagian Kiri-Atas Form

#3 Isi field Issue dengan rangkuman pertanyaan atau request anda

$4 Isi Issue Description dengan detail pertanyaan anda
